GIGABYTE GA-8PE667 Pro 보드 재부팅 문제!!!

보드는 요번에 바꾸었구요.. 전에꺼는 슈마 4vda 였습니다.
슈마보드는 안그랬는데 보드를 바꾸고 나서는 자꾸 재부팅이 됩니다 (이건 윈도우XP에서
에러 생기면 자동 재부팅 되는 것이더군요)
하여튼 게임 하고 나서 다른걸 막 실행하면 재부팅 됩니다.
딴건 잘안되는데, 꼭 C&C제너럴게임 하고 나면 그렇고요, 뭐 다른것도 오래하면
재부팅이 . 그래서 윈도우XP 에러 자동 부팅 해제 하고 실행시키니 에러메세지가
뜨더라구요...
*******.sys 가 어쩌구 저쩌구 나오길레 사운드 관련 드라이버 였습니다
그래서 사운드 카드를 슬롯 여러군데 해봐도 똑같더군요.
참고로 그래픽카드는 코모도 래디언 9700
사운드카드는 훈텍 24DSP MK II 입니다.
파워는 저가형이지만 정격 350W (전에는 시소닉 300W 썼음... 이것 달았을때는
어떻게 재부팅이 시도때도 없었음... ^^;;)
그리고 에러메세지 입니다.
그래서 마소페이지 에러 메세지를 검색하니 답변도 나온겄같은데
잘아시는분께서는 꼭 가려쳐 주시길.. 보드를 바꿔야되는지도 모르는 불쌍사가
생기지는 말아야 하는데!!!

The Stop 0xD1 message indicates that the system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. Drivers that have used improper addresses typically cause this error.
Interpreting the Message
This Stop message has four parameters:
1. Memory referenced.
2. IRQL at time of reference.
3. Type of access (0x00000000 = read operation, 0x00000001 = write operation).
4. Address that referenced memory.
Resolving the Problem

Stop 0xD1 messages can occur after installing faulty drivers or system services. If a driver is listed by name, disable, remove, or roll back that driver to confirm that this resolves the error. If so, contact the manufacturer about a possible update. Using updated software is especially important for backup programs, multimedia applications, antivirus scanners, DVD playback, and CD mastering tools.
