The key in gorilla tag to jumping is controlled pushing. Imagine it as a one-armed vault, with one hand slamming down and forward and the other swinging up for momentum. For height, branch (swinging by gripping poles) or bounce off walls mid-jump. Prioritize safety: Establish limits for your playspace to prevent collisions in the real world, and take pauses to avoid VR tiredness.
