A: pipeline change was done? Well, it has not done. Speed has improved purely with just process technology. The largest reason is copper wiring. As for 0.13 mu m process of the TSMC copper wiring is used. With that, it could designate high clock conversion as because wiring resistance goes down largely.
더 높은 클럭이 가능했던이유가 새로운 공정을 사용했기 때문이라고 합니다.
파이프라인을 개선한 것이 아니라 단지 구리배선을 사용함으로써 클럭 문제를 해결했다고 합니다.
