윈도우 xp설치도 안되고 2000설치도안됩니다. 도와주세요

컴퓨터 업그레이드 전에는 윈도우 xp 윈도우 2000설치가
아무 이상없이 되었습니다.그런데 컴터 업글후 이런문제가 생겼습니다.
컴터 포맷하고 설치해도 안되고
윈98깔고 업그레이드 설치해도 안됩니다.
업그레이드전 컴퓨터사양
팬티엄3 450
매인보드 인텔 bx보드인데 이름은 모르겠습니다.
램 128램
사운드카드 소리마당골드2
비디오카드 지포스2 mx64
하드디스크 후지쯔8.4

파워서플라이 일반 200w

하드포맷후 설치해보고 윈98에서 업그레이드도 해보았습니다.
블루 스크린이 뜨면서

Check to make sure any new hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows 2000 updates you might need.
If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable computers. restart
your computer press F8 to select Advenced startup options and then select
safe mode.
